Classic Blue is color of nature, color of the sea. It will always look good accompanied with white, green, beige.
It´s a strong color, so you can probably use it once if it´s a big object like sofa or one wall. I wouldn´t recommend to paint all walls, as the room would look smaller. I recommend to paint just one wall as a contrast with 3 white ones. You could also use it as headboard.
It will be great as color of accessories. There are plenty things on the market: lamps, bed linen, cushions, curtains, rugs, wall papers and similar…
It is connected to holiday mood, but it can also be very elegant if you mix it with gold or you use it with pieces of art.
We used classic blue in this amazing Flexform´s huge corner sofa. First of all, it is absolutely gorgeous and totally comfortable. We you sit on it, you seem to flow. Some accessories like blankets and cushions help to create this cozy atmosphere. Additionally, satin carpet gives you the feeling of being safe and gives you warm sensation when you stomp on it. The classic blue sofa is like having the sea at home, gives you peace of mind and relaxes you.
Who wouldn’t like to awake and look at this wall paper? Isn´t it amazing to have northern lights in your bedroom? To allow some nature in your home it is always a great idea. Don´t you just want to look at the stars all the time? Well, it´s a bit dangerous as you would probably want to stay in bed forever;-)
How about the other wall paper with geometric design with some gold? Isn´t it totally elegant? I imagine it with some white big bed and lots of cushions, bed table with some cup of tea and my favorite book on it.
I would probably mix it with little Marset´s lamp to achieve more sophisticated look.
In this bedroom, I just want to relax. Cloudy wall paper mixed with beige leather Natuzzi bed and wood bed table with a little baby blue lamp invites you to dream. The classic blue blanket gives the bedroom contrast between all the colors and it goes perfectly with geometric Gancedo´s curtains. Satin nude KP´s carpet is a great addition to all.
I also fell in love with these blue glass lamps, they are great to add some mystery in the room, they reflect the light and they are just perfect in any space. I used them in the dining room on the top of wood sideboard, when the owners keep all special porcelain plates and wine glasses. In the dining room I couldn´t resist to use Alvar Aalto´s vase. It is really sophisticated and it matches perfectly with the lamps.
